During this process you will be supported by NewCastle Team with feedback and suggestions from a professional and practical builder’s perspective. This ensures that your design aligns with the budget you wish to invest in your new home. All changes to the plan and inclusions will be attended to, to ensure your budget can be met prior to progressing to the next step. It is important to us that you are absolutely happy with your final concept design. Once the plan, deisgn is completed and you are completely happy with your home design, we will make a 3D elevation of your home.

We will prepare the house construction agreement on a stamp paper of Rs.200/- accepting a minimum 10% of the total construction cost as advance. A meeting will be arranged where all documents are signed and any questions that you might have can be asked.
On contracting as the Home constructions, we will do all that it takes to get the permit and KSEB Supply from the concerned government offices before we began the construction work. The only thing we do not interfear is that, you have to make ready the Water Source in your constcruction site. Once construction commences, you will have regular updates and site meetings with the site supervisor/site engineer. During the construction process you will attend critical stage inspections of your home on a regular basis.
You will have a comprehensive walkthrough prior to handover. This is an opportunity to address any concerns you might have. On your handover day you will have a personal meeting with all the NewCastle Builders team to hand over the keys and walk you through every aspect of your beautiful new home.
NewCastle offers free 180 day after sale service to address any details that may require attention & solution.. This will involve access to traders and suppliers to ensure your home is maintained well above your expected level.
